Pierce is not the best player in local pick up games - I must give him credit for those two passes to Davis - I expected him to jack up horrible shots like he has always done - Davis was tough as shit - Garnett was his usual self too - an MVP until the last 6 minutes - the C's are for real - it will be a battle between them and Detroit for the east.
Naw. Billups has me shakn in my boots. Even Doc Rivers said it. When he tried that 3 with 50 secs left you thought it was good. He missed 2 free throws. Chauncey gives us more problems than anyone else that we give them. He's assertive.
Having said that, I'm siked we won. It finally puts a dent into that Detroit stigma that had plauged us for so long. I didnt want these boys playing through the season with a great record like OK great, but Detroit owns us. The Celtics had a nice win to prove that is not the case.
At the end of the day though, it's just a regular season game. And there is a lot of distance left to be tread.
